Ordering, Shipping and Returns
By ordering at WindowPartsCenter.com you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
- Website Orders:
All orders are processed immediately For "Stock Items" please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be shipped. (Most of the time we ship out orders even sooner!). If our stock is depleted due to high order volume you will be contacted via e-mail about the back-order item with estimated ship date for your order. Shipping upgrades for the back-order items are available for an extra fee. All lead times listed on the product pages are only estimates and may be subject to change. This includes any estimates or updates given by the R&R Windows & Doors customer service team "Special Order Items" have lead times from 3-8 weeks. Lead times for Special Order Items are specified for each part on the product page under Product Description. We will ship out as soon as we get them in. - Pricing and Bulk Pricing:
All pricing will be automatically calculated once you “Add to Cart” and put in the QTY for each handing and/or color choice you want. (Bulk pricing available per each order. Multiple Orders cannot be combined to receive bulk pricing or refunds). Bulk pricing is not available on all parts. All pricing and bulk pricing is subject to change without notice. Pricing on website can be updated automatically for check out and order processing. Whereas any pricing noted in the Product Description must be changed manually and may at times different from the Cart/Checkout Pricing. Processed order pricing will be honored but will not be refunded if different from the Product Description noted price.
- Payment Options:
- Sales Tax:
Colorado State and Denver and Boulder City sales tax are collected at time of order. In states imposing sales/use taxes, your purchase is not exempt from taxation solely because it was made on the internet or phone. Please note that majority of states require consumers to file a sales/use tax return each year to report all their taxable purchases that were not taxed. For more information about filing tax returns please contact your taxing authority.
- Shipping Within the United States:
Most orders ship out USPS or Priority Mail. Over-sized orders ship out via UPS Ground.
- Shipping Rates (USA Only):
Standard Shipping is FREE on all orders and most ship out USPS Mail or st Class and sometimes UPS Ground. You can upgrade to Priority Mail or UPS Ground at check out. (Priority Mail is 1-3 Business Days UPS Ground 1-5 days. This does not include order processing/packaging time but shipping time only once your order leaves our Warehouse, we do our very best to get orders out the door as soon as possible). You will be able to calculate shipping cost before you place your order by using the shipping calculator at the bottom of the order cart page. All orders are subject to the processing lead time as noted above under "Website Orders".
- Shipping Outside the continental United States:
Shipping charges for orders being shipped outside the United States are calculated based on the United States Postal Service shipping rates. The shipping charge does not include import fees, taxes, or foreign transaction fees that could be required by the country that the order is being shipped to and credit card used for the order. All pricing is in U.S. dollars and your credit will be charged in U.S. dollars.
- Return Policy:
R&R Windows & Doors Parts Return Policy – All returns must be authorized by R&R prior to returning the part, with an RMA# written on the outside of the box. Please e-mail or call R&R to receive an RMA number before returning your part(s). All returns shall incur a 20% restocking fee on all new (stocking) parts. The product must be in perfect working order, unused, still in its original condition and packaging, and returned within 30 days from date of invoice. No returns accepted on reconditioned parts or new parts that are not resalable or special-order items. Customer is responsible for freight on returned parts. Upon receipt of returned item(s), we will credit customer the price of the product less restocking fee. Any shipping costs will not be refunded. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process from the day we receive returned parts. Please note that orders cannot be returned, cancelled, or rejected due to shipping carrier delays (includes but not limited to: delay of delivery, weather, shipping routing / rerouting, lost packages or damaged packages) as this is beyond R&R Windows & Doors control. R&R Windows & Doors has a NO Return Policy on all windows, doors, glass and sashes, Jamb Liners, Screens, Special-Order items, and items noted on products page with no returns. The manufacturer does not accept returns on special order items and neither can we. All sales are final for these items.
Items returned to WindowPartsCenter.com by shipping carrier (USPS and UPS): If a package is refused or deliverable to the specified ship to address provided on your order customer service will contact you via e-mail to determine if this was shipping carrier error or not. If shipping carrier error we will reship out your order at no charge. If the wrong ship to address was entered or wrong shipping carrier was selected by the customer the 2nd shipment will be chargeable and an invoice for the shipping will be sent to the customer for payment. Also the correct ship to address will need to be sent in writing via e-mail. If customer does not respond or our e-mail about the returned shipment from carrier within 7 business days we will treat the order like a return and credit back the credit card used for the order less the 20% restocking fee. If customer is still in need of the parts after the return has been completed customer will need to place a new order for the parts, the 20% restocking fee will not be refunded. If your order was a special order item that was not returnable, no refund will be issued even if item is returned to us.
If you would like to exchange a part(s) for another, please contact R&R for an Exchange Merchandise Authorization Number (EMA). Customer will be responsible for ALL shipping costs. You will need to call in if you would like to pay by credit card or mail a check, to pay for shipping of new part and price difference for the new part(s), if any. Once we have received in part(s) you want to exchange and payment for shipping and any price difference we will ship out the new parts. There is a 5% processing fee for all exchanges. R&R Windows & Doors has a NO Exchange Policy on all windows, doors, glass and sashes, Jamb Liners, Screens, Special-Order items, and items noted on products page with no returns. The manufacturer does not accept returns on special order items and neither can we. All sales are final for these items.
- Cancellation of orders:
All cancellations must be approved by R&R Windows & Doors via e-mail with your confirmation order number. If the order has not been shipped yet, there will be a 10% Processing Fee deducted from the refund amount. If your order has already shipped out, please see Returns or Exchange Policy. There are NO cancellations for ANY special-order items once order is placed or orders that have already shipped. Please note that orders cannot be returned, cancelled, or rejected due to shipping carrier delays (includes but not limited to: delay of delivery, weather, shipping routing / rerouting, lost packages or damaged packages) as this is beyond R&R Windows & Doors control.
- Parts damaged in shipment:
All packages shipped out from R&R are insured. Occasionally a product is damaged in shipment. R&R will assist customer in filing a claim with the shipper who damaged the part(s). We will need pictures of the damaged packaging and parts. Please e-mail pictures to: Info@WindowPartsCenter.com.com along with your name, phone number and order # (The order number is a 4-digit number sometimes shown starting with a P Example: P1234) Customer MUST keep all parts and all packaging until claim is completed, customer may also be asked to ship back the part to R&R. If customer loses or throws away parts and/or packaging and claim is denied by the shipper because of this, this will be at customers cost for replacement of the damaged items. (This is because UPS and USPS sometimes require onsite inspection of the damaged parts and packaging, if they are unable to inspect all packaging and parts the claim will be denied). Please note that orders cannot be returned, cancelled, or rejected due to shipping carrier delays (includes but not limited to: delay of delivery, weather, shipping routing / rerouting, lost packages or damaged packages) as this is beyond R&R Windows & Doors control.
- Collection Policy:
Any past due accounts will be assessed a late fee by R&R Window Service, LLC dba R&R Windows & Doors – the rate of which is the highest allowed by the law. Any checks returned unpaid to R&R due to insufficient funds or otherwise, will have a minimum $35.00 fee assessed and all expenses incurred. Any stop payment on credit cards will have a minimum of $35.00 fee assessed and all expenses incurred. The customer is responsible for all expenses incurred by R&R in the collection of as past due account including collection costs and all legal fees. Customers are responsible for sales taxes outside of Boulder & Denver Colorado. All Terms and Conditions and Pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. R&R exercises the right to refuse service to any customer.
