The crank seems like it is stripped so I guess we’ll need a new one. Do you carry one like this one in the picture?   It is a Hurd Window from 1999/2000.I have not measured it yet as I am not sure which part to measure. (picture at bottom of this page).

R&R Response Thank you for the picture, The crank is part number 101 Maxim DLX – this is a discontinued style and we only have a few in stock in the Goldtone color (from your picture I can see your window is painted white on the inside)

there is a direct replacement to the 101 part number 119 and there is a cover and folding handle that comes in white part number 137 here are the link
