- All orders ship out via ups and shipping can be calculated in the shopping cart before you place your order.
- Parts from our parts catalog are added daily to this website with pricing and you are able to order. Any parts in PDF catalog but not on website yet please email us with part number and we will get you a quote.
- Factory Stock Items ship out within 24-48 hours upon receipt of order (not including weekends or holidays). Non-stock items 3-8 weeks or as specified. After your order is placed an estimated time of arrival will be emailed to you if a part is not in stock.
- For lead times on a specific part or any questions please email or text us and we would be happy to get you that information prior to you ordering.
- Orders rom our catalog https://randrwindow.forpartsnow.com/ can not be cancelled. And any returns are subject to 25% restock/handling fee. Shipping will not be refunded and customer is responsible to pay for return shipping
