    • Open a carrier investigation if needed
    • Allow 7 days for carrier response

    If confirmed lost:

    • Replacement order ships at no cost

    Report within 3 days of delivery

    Steps:

    1. Keep ALL packaging and items
    2. Take photos of damage + packaging
    3. Send to:

    After approval:

    • Replacement items will be shipped

    ⚠️ Do not discard packaging (claims may be denied)

    ❌ Wrong, Missing, or Defective Items

    Report within 3 days

    Steps:

    • Take photos

    If approved:

    • Return label provided
    • Replacement sent
    • No restocking fee

    If returned by carrier:

    • Carrier error: reshipped at no cost
    • Customer error (wrong address, etc.):
      • Customer pays reshipping
      • Address must be confirmed via email or text (in writing)

    • Order treated as a return
    • Refund issued minus:
      • 20% restocking fee
      • Shipping costs

    🚫 Refused Packages

    • Treated as a return
    • 20% restocking fee + shipping deducted from refund
