Special order Item - No returns Allow 3-5 week lead time once you place your order.  If your lever is drooping- that’s not a lever issue. It means the lever return spring inside the mortise lock  is either broken or stretched, and you will need to replace the multi point inside the door panel.  Products Sold Separately: Multipoint / Single Point Locking Systems Gear Box are sold separately Additional Notes: Hoppe #S4200AC can be used  interchangeably to replace Roto style 56-111BRS which is now obsolete (Roto S 623 B 24 is stamped on the single point gear box).
