Factory Refund Policy

Items are drop shipped from the factory. For defective or damaged items please read below instructions and email photos to Info@WindowPartsCenter.com and we will send the photos along with the paperwork required by the manufacture and update you with return instructions.

Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Items damaged in shipping need to be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  We will require a photo of both the damaged item and the packaging it was received in, as well as an image of the original shipping label.  This is per the shipping carrier policy for insurance claims on items damaged in shipping. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as photos of both the damaged item and the packaging it was received in, as well as an image of the original shipping label. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is claimed as damaged more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@WindowPartsCenter.com 

Shipping
In the event your product needs to be returned to us, please email info@WindowPartsCenter.com for shipping instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What is your return / exchange policy on kick plates for doors?

Because we make our products custom just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any of our custom sized or engraved door plates.

Please measure twice and order once to be sure you get the correct fit.

Please ensure you are ordering the correct mounting option for your specific needs and door type. 

Returns for stock items are accepted when the customer takes the responsibility of return shipping cost.    

-All returns must be received within thirty (30) days of the original delivery date. 

-Items must be returned in their original condition, in the original packaging, with a copy of the order confirmation.

We do not offer exchanges, instead we please ask you to place a new order. 

We do not accept returns on bulk orders. We do not accept returns on Gift Certificates.

What is your shipping policy?

All individual orders within the lower 48 states (US) include FREE SHIPPING from UPS. Shipping insurance is included on your order, so if there is a complication or problem with shipping we will get it taken care of promptly. Please include your e-mail address for tracking information. 

Hawaii, Alaska, Armed Forces Pacific, Armed Forces Europe, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Palau, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Micronesia ship for a flat rate of $35.00

Shipping outside of the US will be calculated at checkout and shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited.

Shipping on all oversized products & bulk orders will be calculated at check out.

No PO Boxes, please.

How long do orders take to ship?

You can expect to receive your custom kick plate in 2 weeks or less for traditional kick plates. Some special order or bulk order options may require up to 3 weeks for manufacturing to be completed. We aim to surprise you with an early delivery.

What if my kick plate is damaged in shipping?

Should your product be damaged during shipping, take a photo of the damaged package and item and email it to info@windowpartscenter.com with reference to your order number. We will send you a new replacement kick plate as soon as possible.
