WOCD Standard Angel Ventlock Retrofit Window Opening Control Device Double Hung Windows
This Standard Retro Angel Ventlock is another ideal limit control devise for use in aftermarket applications. This Window Opening Control Device (WOCD) is mounted to the top sash on a double hung wood window.
The Standard Retrofit Angel Ventlock version fits into the style of the top sash and must be mounted to restrict the bottom sash open to less than four inches. These units are single action, so installing one on either side of the sash ensures compliance with the code ASTM F2090 - 2008 and 2010
Various Sizes and Finishes are Available. To determine what size you need by measuring the window gap between the top sash and bottom sash. Simply measure the distance between the two.

Which Angel WOCD Do I Need?: Angel WOCD devices only work with windows where the sash to Frame gap is fixed and cannot vary (the "A" dimension" see drawing) . If you are unable to determine the "A" Dimension of your window or if this WOCD will work on your hung window or if it meets your local building code contact the window manufacture and your local building department for assistance on what WOCD you need for your window application. If unsure only order 1 kit to check fit before ordering more.

Auto Lock has been discontinued my manufacturer the retro fit replacement style by the Interlock Slimline Lock (see picture) C10000 or S1111 links under accessory items. These will directly replace the old Auto lock only 2 new holes will need to be drilled on the sash (see video).
To Order Replacement retro fit locks please watch video below. Then you will need to choose the mechanism, cover option and keeper. For either the C10000 options or S1111 options.
