Non handed - See how to video below. the mortise is reversible for your door handing and also has a interior plastic release. To reverse the lock direction - remove the side plastic covers and swamping the internal cams - side to side. The lock bolt can also be reversed by extend the bolt and slide off the bolt base.
This center mortise lock rotates 50 degrees to retract the bolt. The mortise lock works with all handle sets designed for this lock system [1993-2002].
Replacement handle bushing kit [SKU 56-115] and Auxiliary Lock module springs are recommended parts when replacing the center lock mortise.

The Hoppe #810R Roller style is the direct replacement for old FUHR Roller Multi point that was on Hurd doors – no modification is needed when changing to the Hoppe #810. The only difference is some of the FUHR multi point had an automatic fire to engage the multi point, the Hoppe does not. So with the Hoppe to engage the multi point you close the door then lift up on the door handle then throw the dead bolt to lock.
Hoppe Roller Style will also replace the Old FUHR Roller style.
